Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Refunds will only be issued if:
      • The design work does not meet the agreed specifications or brief.
      • The project is canceled before any significant progress has been made.
    • Any modifications requested after the initial design has been approved may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Cases

    • Completed projects where the final design has been approved and delivered.
    • Services that have been partially or fully rendered as per the agreed terms.
    • Projects where significant revisions have been requested and made.
  3. How to Request a Refund

    • To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@logosproud.com with the following information:
      • Order number
      • Detailed reason for requesting the refund
    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Returns

Since our services are digital and custom-made, physical returns are not applicable. However, we encourage you to contact us with any issues or concerns you may have regarding your design project, and we will do our best to resolve them.

Revisions Policy

We offer a certain number of revisions as part of our service:

  • Minor revisions are typically free within the project scope.
  • Additional or major revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity and scope of the changes requested.
