2. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property created by LogosProud are the property of LogosProud until full payment is received from the client. Once payment is made, ownership is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display any work we create in our portfolio unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Clients must make payments according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Payments can be made through PayPal, Payoneer, credit/debit card, or bank transfers.
  • All invoices are due within 3-5 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
  • LogosProud reserves the right to cease work on any project in the event of delayed or non-payment.

4. Revisions and Approval

  • The number of revisions included in the package is specified during the project agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
  • Final designs are sent for client approval, and once approved, they are considered complete. Any changes made after client approval may be charged additionally.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated delivery times for each service will be provided upon project agreement.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as client delays in providing feedback, materials, or information will extend the delivery time.
  • We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Refunds

We strive to deliver work that meets your expectations. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3-7 days of receiving the final deliverables.
  • Partial or full refunds may be provided based on the stage of the project and the work completed. We do not offer refunds once final designs have been approved by the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Any delays in providing this information may result in project delays.
  • The client must ensure they have the legal right to use any materials provided to LogosProud.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LogosProud. We have no control over the content or practices of these third-party sites and are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by visiting these websites.

9. Termination of Services

LogosProud reserves the right to terminate any project at any time if the client is in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we will retain ownership of any designs or materials that have not been paid for in full.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall LogosProud be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

11. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the latest version of these Terms.
